Eigenschappen:

Zonder varkensvlees

Bereiding

Leg de bevroren kippenborstfilets op een bord, dek af met huishoudfolie en laat een nacht ontdooien in de koelkast. Spoel de volgende dag af met koud water, dep droog met huishoudpapier en kruid met peper en zout. Sla de filets plat tussen vershoudfolie.

Laat de bladspinazie en de prei ‘s nachts ontdooien in aparte zeven.

Laat ook de garnaalstaarten en wortelen afgedekt ontdooien in aparte zeven. Snij een rechthoek van 30 op 20 cm uit de aluminiumfolie en vet in met een beetje boter.

Schep op elke kipfilet flink wat spinazie, kruid met peper en zout, leg er telkens een schelletje parmaham op en bedek met de rest van de spinazie. Kruid opnieuw met peper en zout en leg er ten slotte telkens 4 garnaalstaarten boven op. Rol alles samen en wikkel elke rollade in aluminiumfolie. Leg de pakketjes op een bakplaat en laat ongeveer 30 minuten bakken op 200 °C in een voorverwarmde oven.

Kook ondertussen de tagliatelle volgens de instructies op de verpakking gaar in gezouten water, giet af in een vergiet en laat uitlekken. Laat de boter smelten en stoof de prei en de wortelen 10 minuten flink aan.

Neem de kiprollades uit de folie, snij in schuine schijfjes en schik ze op de borden. Giet er wat braadjus van in de folie over. Dien op met de tagliatelle en de groenten.
