Eigenschappen:

Bereiding

Ontdooi het gewenste aantal croissants. Rol die voorzichtig tot een mooie driehoek open.

Verdeel de chocoladepasta over het deeg en laat de randen vrij.

Rol nu de croissant weer op en vorm er een halve maan van.

Bak de croissants in een voorverwarmde barbecue met deksel, met een indirect vuur op een pizzasteen gedurende ongeveer 10 minuten tot ze goudbruin zijn.

Serveer vers van de barbecue op een bord samen met een bolletje vanille-ijs per croissant en werk af met chocoladesaus en gehakte pistachenoten.
