Bereiding

Beide shakes worden op dezelfde manier bereid, enkel de keuze van het ijs en de winegums kan verschillen.

Versier eerst het glas waarin de shake geserveerd zal worden met enge creaties. Maak het spiesje met winegums: Rijg snoepjes in alle vormen en kleuren zoals winegum ogen, slangen en spookjes op een houten of metalen spiesje.

Maak nu beide shakes met telkens de helft van de melk en de helft van het vanille-, het amarena- of pistacheijs en gebruik daarbij een mixer. Verdeel beide shakes over twee glazen en voeg eventueel nog een bolletje ijs naar keuze toe.

Versier de shakes met een laag spuitslagroom en discoballetjes. Steek het spiesje in het glas. Deze enge milkshakes zijn nu klaar!

Onze tip

Om het geheel nog enger te maken, kan je witte chocolade laten smelten om deze vervolgens over de rand van het glas te verdelen zodat de chocolade naar beneden druipt. De rest van de chocolade kan je rood maken met de gepaste voedingskleurstof en eveneens over de rand van het glas verdelen. Zet de glazen tot het moment van serveren koel zodat de chocolade kan stollen.
